Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $10 within Canada and free shipping over $100 with the code FREESHIP. For our American neighbours, our costs are $25 flat rate or free shipping over $125.

How long does my order take to ship?

We do our best to package and ship orders in a timely manner. Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days via Canada Post Express Post. Orders within Canada are generally delivered within a week.

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. Subject to security checks, your order may be delayed. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences that this may cause.

Where does Lund Soap Company deliver to?

We ship within Canada and the US. Duties and taxes for US orders are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Returns 

Due to the nature of our products, they are not suitable for returns or exchanges due to health & hygiene reasons. If you are unhappy with our products for any reason please contact us at lundsoapcompany@gmail.com

 

Unfortunate Events

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    If tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 24 hours of the marked 'delivery'. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. 

  • Shipping Address Errors

    Before you have received an email shipment confirmation please make adjustments by emailing lundsoapcompany@gmail.com.  If the error has been detected after an email confirmation has been sent, then your package is already shipped and the solution varies depending on the destination. If there was a complication in the delivery and the package is being returned to us please contact Customer Service by emailing lundsoapcompany@gmail.com

    Please note, if a package is not able to be left at your door or mailbox then a pick-up slip will most likely be left for you to retrieve the package from your nearest post office. If you would like to request a pick up slip in advance please contact us at lundsoapcompany@gmail.com

  • Damaged Packages

    In the very rare case you receive a damaged package we ask that you contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis. We pack and ship our products neatly and securely - always, and rarely inquire problems. We will handle filing a claim on your behalf and if we feel this was a packaging mistake on our end, we will gladly reship the damaged products free of charge.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues!

Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer $5 local delivery for our upper Sunshine Coast customers!

Local, in this case, refers to Saltery Bay to Lund, including Savary Island*.

To access our locals only delivery service simply use the promo code “LOCAL” during checkout.

Local deliver orders will be dropped off Wednesdays & Fridays, unless otherwise arranged.

*Savary Island delivery includes water taxi drop off and must be collected at the government warf at a prearranged time.
